Welcome to Yoga! With dimmed lights, mirrored walls and an inviting atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home in FAC’s Yoga studio. We offer over two dozen classes per week that represent several Yoga techniques. Our patient and expert instructors teach beginner and intermediate levels, providing both mind-balancing and body-challenging classes. Enhance your daily life by incorporating this popular and healthy modality into your fitness routine. Signing up for Yoga classes is not necessary, however please arrive at the Yoga studio five minutes before the scheduled class time.
